The space
Jude is an artist, so you will see many of her art pieces on the property and can peek in the studio. Our house is an underground house made of shipping containers next to the compound. The compound has shady trees, a hammock and hummingbirds in the spring. If you want the real desert experience - you've come to the right place. Guest access You will have access to the Airstream, with air conditioning, a fan or heater ( depending on the weather) electricity, Wifi In the garden - a shady picnic table, hammock, shady trees & hangout spots. An outside kitchen with grill and stove. An outdoor covered heated shower & outhouse plus parking. Also included is a vintage trailer next to the Airstream with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle tea & coffee - kitchen / dining area. Other things to note Darwin has no amenities, gas station or stores, or cell phone reception - you will need to come prepared. In the summer we have low water so bring that too! Nearest amenities are 45 minutes away. Also be advised that in the desert we have desert dust. It's very dry so bring saline nose spray! |
